Our work with educational communities is informed by more than a decade of direct experience working alongside 2,000+ students and staff through mentoring, instruction, leadership development, and educational programming.
That history informs the work today—but it does not define the current offering. The Parker Group is not positioning itself as a student mentoring program. We partner with schools and educational communities through developmental experiences that can strengthen people, leadership, culture, preparation, and performance.

Rennell Parker Sr.'s educational experience includes more than ten years leading mentoring work with students and staff, as well as service as an adjunct instructor with the UMSL Bridge Program, teaching ACT Math and Intrapersonal Communication.
